Rohit Shetty-Sonakshi Sinha to be neighbors now

Filmmaker Rohit Shetty has a new venture on his hands, and this one is actually rather close to his heart. Shetty has purchased a building (yes, an entire building) and is turning it into his private residence. The building is in Juhu, right next toShatrughan Sinha's home.

Shetty has bought off all the previous tenants and plans on moving here with his family in another couple of weeks. The restoration and rebuilding of the premises has taken ample time-the building has two or three floors for parking and an entire floor for entertain ing. Curiously, just as soon as Shetty finished with the construction of the building complex, the one who heaved a sigh of relief was Sonakshi Sinha.It seems a cement slab had fallen on one of her cars when the construction was in progress. The only reason she didn't fuss about the accident was when she learnt it was Shetty's building that did it.
