Sonakshi Sinha to don producer’s hat

Sonakshi Sinha has already proven her mettle in the industry with her impeccable acting and movie choices. The actress is in a happy space right now, as far as her career is concerned, and is all set to take the next step.

It was a few years ago that the news of Sonakshi Sinha and her twin brothers, Luv and Kush planning to produce films under their home banner came to the limelight. It was also said that filmmaker Umesh Shukla was planning to helm a political thriller for the trio. But it did not see the light of the day and the actress got busy with her acting ventures in hand.

Sonakshi however recently claimed that it was only a speculation and it was not going to happen. But the actress feels that she is now ready to don the producer’s hat.

Speaking about the same, Sonakshi says, “That is the next step, given my experience in the industry. I am waiting for a story that appeals to me strongly,” says Sonakshi, who wishes to make movies that have performance-oriented roles.
