Here’s what Amitabh Bachchan will regret all his life!
Amitabh Bachchan is one man that we all respect. He has received great heights in his Bollywood career and is an inspiration for many. But, despite having this glorious life, there’s something that this megastar regrets. He regrets not fulfilling the promises that he made as a politician when he decided to take up the throne.
As we know, his film ‘PINK’ has released recently, he has been a part of many media interactions. So at one such interaction, he revealed about his failed attempt to be a politician and said, “I mostly think of it because there are many promises that one makes during an election campaign, when you seek votes from people. My inability to keep those promises hurts. If there is anything that I regret then it is that. I made a lot of promises to the city of Allahabad and to its people but I wasn’t able to fulfill them.”
He further stated, “I try to do whatever I can in any social capacity but I know it is something that people of Allahabad will always hold against me. I think my decision was emotional. I wanted to go and help a friend (Rajiv Gandhi), but when I went there and got into it, I realised that it has nothing to do with emotions. I realised that I am incapable of doing it and so, I left.”
Well, apart from this, we have a lot more honourable things to remember Mr Bachchan!
Meanwhile, ‘PINK’ starring Amitabh Bachchan, Taapsee Pannu and more have received amazing reviews from the critics.
